Good hotel near train station

We had an Nice two level family room. With good beds. Train station is in 10 min walk! Friendly staff, gave us our tasty indonesian breakfast in boxes because we have to leave early to catch the train.

The location is in the city centre and fast response to any request.

The toilet was dirty, we got towels that like have been chewed by dogs, the breakfast varities were limited and not well prepared.

It was a great stay.

The spacious room, comfy bed and friendly staffs.

Breakfast was okay. Not many seats available in the restaurant so it was full of people during breakfast time.

Good choice as long as you don't need help ;P

Nice rooms, you have all you need, good breakfast, polite staff, good location.

-One day they didn't clean the room -staff don't really understand english, so it comes to misundestandings. -except for hotel needs, you don't really get help for other things (maybe it's out of the capacity).

Overall, we can have place to sleep but bad experience with the facilities.

none of this hotel we like, very sorry.

The rooms not very clean, the bathroom also and it is smelly & dirty. shower kit not complete slipper only 1 pair. Breakfast not really good, price for add person is expensive, parking too small so we have to parked on the street with minimum security. Overall, I wont like to stay in this hotel in the future, sorry.

Slightly disappointing.

The Igar Bakar is very tasty - I ordered it twice.

Rooms in poor condition. The wooden floor is creaky. We were given cups, sugar and creamer, but there were no tea bags. The toilet was stinky - sewage smell coming up from the drainage pipes, bathroom had a urine odour - so we asked for a bedroom change, which was much better but the sewage odour still lingers, so I believe this is a building-related issue. The bathroom shower floor is not angled towards the drainage, so you get ponding issues which become slippery and is hazardous.

Nothing

Very slow internet. Housekeeping was done after 8:00pm following my insistence. Room key disactivated. Expensive breakfast ($8) for basic food. Doors banging during the whole night. Staff was kind. Manager should be changed and hotel owner get out of business. They want money but incapable to provide quality services. Avoid this place!

Good aircon; noisy room

They are set up to accept international credit cards. Staff very friendly.

Given a room at front of hotel near a very noisy street. Items missing after room service. Access card cancelled after first day. Shower blocked up. Stains on walls. Fraying towels. Several calls needed to get problems attended to.

Water heater is not applicable all the time. We have to wait for 10 minutes before shower in order to have hot water. Condition for the iron is so dangerous, please change the new one.

„sie sind stets bemüht, aber...

Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden und liegt wirklich zentral. Bei uns zeigte sich das Personal bemüht und hilfsbereit.

Wie bereits andere Gaste schon gesagt haben, ist beim Frühstück die Auswahl früh morgens bestimmt gut, es wird aber tatsächlich nichts nachgelegt.Kommt man ein bisschen später (7.30) beschrankt sich die Auswahl auf die großen Mengen, die auch bis dahin kalt sind. Frisches Obst o.ä.bleibt aus. Geärgert habe ich mich, als unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde! Unsere AC war kaputt, erst am Abend, als wie zu Hause waren, wurde angefangen sie zu reparieren und der Haufen Dreck blieb übrig. Nach ungeduldigem Auftreten taten sie aber ihr bestes. Sauber gemacht wird relativ oberflächlich.

Super Lage in der Nähe des Bahhofes (Ausgang Süd!). Tolle Aussicht in den oberen Stockwerken.

WLAN für die Katz, im Zimmer nicht funktioniert und nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und Versprechen immer noch nicht. Auch nicht am nächsten Morgen. In der Lobby ok aber langsam. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, doch hat zu keiner Lösung geführt. Zimmer voller Haare, auch im Bad, Bettlaken und Bezug fleckig (ok, nicht jeder wäscht mit Bleichmittel, was auch gut ist, jedoch waren frische braune Flecken auf dem Bezug ????). Nach dreimaligem Anrufen bei der Rezeption, keine Reaktion. Erst als wir den Houskeeping auf dem Flur gefragt haben, wurde die Wäsche gewechselt. Gefegt haben wir selber...

„Liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. (Abkürzung durch Autoeingang des Spitalparplatz.) Die Zimmer waren geräumig, jedoch für westliche Verhältnise nicht so sauber. (Bettlaken mit Flecken und Haare auf dem Boden) Zur Braga Strasse läuft man ca. 15 Minuten) Reichhaltiges, asiatisches, Frühstück.

لا بأس به لمن يكثر الخروج من الفندق

السرير مريح ، الاستقبال جيد

عدم وجود ثلاجة في الغرف ، وكذلك لا يوجد دولاب، ولم ينظفوا مرتين الغرف الفطور لا يناسب العرب وهو قليل الخيارات مع ذلك اطلبهم جبنة وبيض يعطونك كانت إقامتي أربعة أيام فطلبت الخروج من بعد اليوم الثالث فقالوا لا بد من خصم نسبة بوكينق وراسلت بوكينق ليراسلوهم لكن مع الأسف لم أجد تعاونًا من بوكينق
